Katie Pruitt grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Belmont University in Nashville, and now calls Nashville home.
Her debut album, Expectations, was released in 2020 by Rounder Records. Expectations was nominated for a Grammy for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
